We don't offer phone support. Email is the only way to reach us, and honestly, it's better — everything stays in writing, and you and us can reference it later.

This app is designed so its privacy claims are verifiable, not just stated.
What it does NOT do
✓ No account creation. No email. No password reset.
✓ No cloud sync. Entries and photos live in IndexedDB on this device.
✓ No network requests. CSP blocks all egress; the monitor stays at 0 B.
✓ No AI. No summaries. No prompts. No sentiment analysis.
✓ No analytics. No crash reporting. No telemetry.
✓ Encryption at rest: AES-GCM 256 for text AND photos. Key derived from your passcode via PBKDF2 (250,000 iterations, SHA-256).
What it CANNOT do
✗ Recover your passcode. If you forget it, the data is mathematically unrecoverable.
✗ Sync across devices. Move backups manually via encrypted export.
✗ Protect you if your device is compromised (keylogger, malware).
Change passcode
Re-encrypts all entries and photos with the new passcode. Old passcode stops working immediately.
